Shipping Policy

Order Shipping & Delivery

• Carrier Methods: Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Smaller orders and individual items are shipped via USPS.

• Shipping Territory: We only ship orders within the contiguous United States.

Stock & Backorders

• Availability: We are a stocking warehouse and strive to minimize backorders.

• Out of Stock Items: Items that are temporarily out of stock will be shipped ASAP, unless you specifically indicated "no back orders" at the time of placing your order.

Return Policy

• Our Error: If there is an error on our end with your order, we will send you a return label.

• Return Process (RMA): If you need to return an item, you must notify us first to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping the item back to us.
