Return Process & Guidelines

If you need to return an item, you must adhere strictly to the following parameters set by our fulfillment warehouse:

  • Prior Notification Required: You must notify us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to us. Returns sent without a pre-authorized RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
  • Order Errors: If the return is due to an error made on our end, we will provide and send you a return label to cover the shipping.

Shipping & Inventory Context

Please note that our return policy operates alongside our standard fulfillment framework:

  • Most orders are delivered via UPS Ground, or via USPS for smaller items and individual orders.
  • Fulfillment services and shipments are strictly limited to the contiguous United States.
  • As a dedicated stocking warehouse, we continuously strive to minimize backorders. Any items temporarily out of stock are dispatched as soon as possible, unless explicitly designated as "no back orders" during checkout.
